our 10 steps

1.

we Unload for you

2.

fully disassemble

3.

precision degreasing

From the very start, we take the heavy lifting off your plate. Our team handles unloading so you can focus on what matters most.

We start with a deep degrease of every surface to remove oils, residues, and contaminants—creating the perfect foundation for maximum coating adhesion.

4.

power clean

Next, we power wash every component—inside and out—so your unit is spotless, clean, and ready for long-term protection.

5.

thorough drying

9.

official certification

10.

repacked and loaded

No moisture is left behind. Every piece is carefully dried completely to prevent trapping moisture and ensure a smooth, flawless finish.

6.

interior coating

7.

reassembly and prep

We don’t cut corners. Every unit is unboxed and completely disassembled by hand. We hang each piece individually, ensuring everything receives full, even treatment.

We spray the entire interior of the unit, including coils, electrical components, panels, and the inner casing. Every surface is coated with precision.

We rebuild your unit from the ground up, reassembling and securing every piece with care. Then we wipe down the entire exterior with alcohol wipes, leaving a smooth, clean finish.

exterior coating

8.

We finish by spraying the entire exterior casing, sealing your system in a durable, hydrophobic shield that resists corrosion, UV rays, and environmental damage.

We proudly attach our Infiniguard 5-Year Certification sticker, verifying that your unit has received our full professional treatment and is protected for the long haul.

Finally, we rebox, plastic strap, and reload your unit into your truck or trailer. It’s protected, professionally coated, and ready for whatever the elements throw its way.
